Washington Stars Quilt Guild May 2019 Spring Retreat Seabeck Conference Center |
||
I had a good time connecting with some guild members that I did not know very well. I didn’t finish any projects, but I got a lot done. i learned some new techniques to start a quilt I was not sure about. ~Jan G | I was lucky enough to go to the Spring retreat at the Seabeck Conference Center. I enjoyed meeting other guild members, seeing different quilt ideas and eating some very good food. I would definitely go again. ~Marjorie K |

This was my first WSQG retreat and I had a fantastic time! The Meeting Room was a large comfortable space and we all had our own table to spread out on. I got a lot of sewing accomplished each day, along with lots of laughter and camaraderie !
The food was delicious and plentiful, the service was friendly and efficient. Overall , my experience was excellent, and I would recommend a WSQG retreat to anyone! ~Anne S

This was my first time attending a guild retreat since I am a new member. I only stayed two nights but thoroughly enjoyed myself. I had a single room which was very comfortable. The food was plentiful and delicious! The location was quiet and beautiful. I loved seeing what everyone was working on and I was able to complete all my blocks. I really liked getting to know my table-mates. Next time I hope to stay longer. ~Barbara B
