Class with Pat Zarp - Coloring on Fabric and Hand Embroidery $25/member
This class will teach you how to draw and color on fabric. General instructions for color, tinting the design, and heat setting the color. You will learn embroidery stitches that you can use for various projects that interest you. If you have stitches you want to learn for a project, we will work on that. Bring any project that you want to work on in the future and we can talk about it or get you started.
Class info: Fabric, backing, and color crayons will be supplied.
You will need to bring: 1. Micron pin - Archival ink 01 brown 2. Embroidery hoop 6 to 8 inches diameter 3. Small scissors for cutting thread 4. Embroidery thread (various colors) 5. A thimble, if you normally use one 6. A table lamp if you feel you need it for handwork.
Please bring your lunch/beverage as there are no options near the Gull Harbor Lutheran Church.
